Valuation Department
The department handles valuation of all types of fixed and movable properties including Land, Buildings, Plant, Machinery, Furniture, Office Equipment and Stock.

Property Management
This section deals with the management of commercial (office blocks, shopping complexes), residential and industrial properties which involves collection of rents, negotiating leases with tenants, maintenance of the buildings and preparation of statements of accounts among other duties.

Agency Department
This section deals with selling and letting of residential, industrial, commercial and agricultural properties. It also deals with selling and letting of specialized properties such as petrol stations, hotels, hospitals etc.

Property Development
This department deals with property development and also carries out feasibility studies for clients who intend to venture in this field.
